First Trimester Must-Haves
I'm sharing some natural products and supplements that have helped me get through 2 pregnancies now. I'm still working on my second pregnancy (almost 15 weeks preg right now) but I'm out of the first trimester and want to share the things that helped me the most! For all things related to morning sickness, nausea or vomiting please read my latest blog post here about "morning sickness" Here's a list of things I used for common pregnancy ailments: For restless leg syndrome I use magnesium lotion. This works better topically for me, although I do recommend taking magnesium internally as well.
For stress, morning sickness and all over nutritional support. This is the best prenatal on the market. Dr. Ben lynch has formulated chewables, a protein shake multi, or capsules. I recommend the shake.
For anxiety, stress, depression, and nausea I use and was recommended by my midwife to supplement with full spectrum CBD oil. I use more than one brand, check your local health food stores and pharmacies. For depression: This article is wonderful. I take SAME when I feel I need the support. It is pregnancy safe and Doctor recommended.
For Sleep and insomnia: Use both the magnesium and cbd oil. I also take these homeopathic tablets...
